SEP treatment will enable deburring at inlet/outlet of fine pore, polishing/extension of inner diameter.
Do you have any trouble like ... *You can't receive the order because it is difficult to remove burr at many fine pores. *You give up because you can't control roughness of inner diameter.
Please try SEP treatment!
For example, if apply deburring by electrolytic polishing or fluid polishing to the product below... ・There are many pores remaining burrs. ・The edge becomes round. ・Pore size becomes uneven.
SEP treatment will realize deburring + improving surface roughness + rinsing at the same time.
